FAQ'S

How long does it take?

It is a self-paced course but most people take between 8-12 weeks with an average of 2 hours writing per week. But this isn't a course to be rushed, there's no end goal or milestone to reach, so go at your own pace.

What if it brings up big feelings?

You’ll be given grounding practices and a gentle structure. This is not therapy, but it can be deeply therapeutic.

Do I share my writing with anyone?

No. This is private, unless you choose otherwise.
