It is a self-paced course but most people take between 8-12 weeks with an average of 2 hours writing per week. But this isn't a course to be rushed, there's no end goal or milestone to reach, so go at your own pace.
You’ll be given grounding practices and a gentle structure. This is not therapy, but it can be deeply therapeutic.
